YEREVAN, April 12. /Mediamax/. If Azerbaijan agreed, the formula “establishment of peace through cooperation” would be very useful, President of Armenia Robert Kocharian said today at the meeting with German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Haidemary Vichorek-Tzoyle.
As Mediamax was informed in the press office of the head of the state, Haidemary Vichorek-Tzoyle stressed that the European Union is interested in the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus and in the economic development of this region. She said the international community is ready to render further assistance to the efforts, taken in this direction. German minister stressed the importance of establishing cooperation with the involvement of all the countries of the region.
Robert Kocharian highly commended the support of the Government of Germany to the reforms which are being realized in Armenia. The relations with Germany are one of the priorities of our foreign policy, head of the country said. –0–
