ARMENIAN FM IS OPTIMISTIC ABOUT FLORIDA NEGOTIATIONS

YEREVAN, April 6. /Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian is optimistic about the negotiations on Karabakh settlement in Florida.
