YEREVAN, April 4. /Mediamax/. “I have not made these many miles of a trip to Florida to try this propaganda campaign here or to be a tutor to co-chairs. No, I have come here to work constructively to seek settlement.”
This was how President of Armenia Robert Kocharian reactead in his opening speech before the beginning of negotiations in Florida to the speech of Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, who named Armenia as “an agressor that has provoked separatist forces in Nagorno Karabakh to an armed confrontation”. President of Azerbaijan also said that during the difficult negotiations, the Armenian side had always taken a tough and unconstructive position.
