YEREVAN, March 28. /Mediamax/. U.S. President George Bush said the development of Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan oil pipeline was one of the “most important” projects in relations of the USA and Turkey.
In his letter addressed to the participants of the American-Turkish conference held in Washington Bush noted that Turkey was “the important ally and good friend of the USA.”
The U.S. President named the trade, educational and cultural ties, energy and investment projects as well as regional cooperation in Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East as the priority issues in relations with Turkey. –0–
