AZERI FOREIGN MINISTER DENIES POSSIBLE SIGNING OF ANY DOCUMENT AT FLORIDA TALKS

YEREVAN, March 27. /Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliyev excludes the possibility of signing of any agreement at the upcoming April 3 regular meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Key West.
As Trend reports, Vilayat Guliyev said during the meeting the parties will just exchange opinions on general principles of the conflict resolution. Guliyev excluded the possibility of signing even a declarative document, stressing that in his opinion the negotiation process isn’t finished yet.
Heydar Aliyev is going to leave Baku for the U.S. on April 1. It’s expected that Azeri president will first visit London, and then after a short rest he will leave for Washington. After a number of meetings with American officials Heydar Aliyev will arrive in Key West on April 2 or 3. –0–
