NKR PRESIDENT DOESN’T ADVISE AZERBAIJAN TO START WAR AGAIN

YEREVAN, March 22. /Mediamax/. President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghukasian doesn’t think Azerbaijan will “once again want to taste the bitterness of defeat”.
A.Ghukasian stated this, commenting in “Hot Line” of “Golos Armenii” paper upon the statements of Azeri officials concerning the possibility of resumption of hostilities in Karabakh conflict zone.
“Once they already “burnt their fingers” in their striving to “punish the Karabakh people”, Arkady Ghukasian said, expressing the hope that Azerbaijan won’t repeat the mistakes of the past, and there will be no war. At the same time, Ghukasian stressed, NKR has powerful army, ready to resist any opposition. –0–
