ARMENIAN PRESIDENT:”THE ONE WHO STARTS THE WAR WILL LOSE IT”

YEREVAN, March 21. /Mediamax/. President of Armenia Robert Kocharian, commenting upon the possibility of resumption of hostilities in the Karabakh conflict zone, said today: “The one who starts the war, will lose it”.
Armenian President stated this at the meeting with the students of the Economic University of Armenia. Robert Kocharian noted that defeat in the war would have serious political consequences.
President of Armenia said, “those who have never fought are speaking for war”, stressing that they speak in Azerbaijan about the resumption of war more often than in Armenia. –0–
