ARMENIAN SPEAKER NAMED THE WORK OF THE STATE PURCHASE AGENCY “SHAMEFUL”

YEREVAN, March 20. /Mediamax/. Today, Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Armen Khachatrian named the work of the newly set up Agency for state purchases “shameful”.
As the parliamentary correspondent of Mediamax reports, Armenian speaker stated this at the plenary session of the National Assembly of Armenia. According to him, the tender procedure of the purchase of some goods is dragged out for more than 2-3 months, which is inadmissible. –0–
