YEREVAN, March 16. /Mediamax/. The Constitutional Court of Armenia found today the Armenian-Belarusian inter-governmental agreement “On exclusion of double taxation of incomes and property and prevention of tax avoiding”, signed on July 19, 2000 in Minsk, as corresponding to the basic law of the country.
The Constitutional Court of Armenia considered that the Armenian-Polish convention “On exclusion of double taxation of incomes and property and prevention of tax avoiding” signed on July 14, 1999 in Warsaw doesn’t contradict to the Constitution of the Country.
Analogous documents have been signed by Armenia with 17 countries. –0–
