POLITICAL PARTIES OF ARMENIA WERE SHARPLY CRITICIZED FOR RELUCTANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN MARCH 16 RALLY

YEREVAN, March 15. /Mediamax/. “Self-Determination” Union sharply criticized several political parties for their unwillingness to participate in the organization of the rally, demanding that the Russian-Turkish agreement, signed on 16 March 1921, be annulled.
The statement, released today by “Self-Determination” Union, says that “Dashnaktsutyun” party, which considers itself a national party, didn’t respond at all to the proposal to hold the rally”.
A number of other parties, in particular, the National-Democratic Union, Ramkavar-Azatakan party of Armenia and others, which agreed with many of the Union’s demands, nevertheless considered it inexpedient to hold a meeting at present, the statement says. –0–
