YEREVAN, March 13. /Mediamax/. Justice Minister of Armenia David Harutiunian introduced today the bill about “Licensing” at the special session of the National Assembly of Armenia. The minister said this document is a constituent part of the anti-corruption program, which the government of Armenia has worked out. According to him, the law is called to simplify the licensing procedure, thus excluding loopholes for abuses.
As the correspondent of Mediamax informed from the parliament, the document, submitted for consideration to the National Assembly, determines 130 types of activity in 19 spheres subjected to licensing, which is carried out by the Government, Central Bank, energy commission, commission for securities or a state management body authorized by the government.
Mr. Harutiunian stressed that the rights and obligations of the sides, as well as simple and transparent mechanisms of pre-legal discussions and disputes aroused during the licensing are fixed in the bill. –0–
