YEREVAN, February 22. /Mediamax/. Leader of “Orinats Yerkir” party Arthur Baghdasarian said today that the process of the Karabakh conflict settlement has reached a favorable point, mainly because of the activation of mediatory efforts of France.
According to Baghdasarian, Azeri authorities are also interested in speeding up the conflict resolution, “due to supposed coming change of leadership in the country”.
