TELEPHONE TALK BETWEEN PRESIDENTS OF AZERBAIJAN AND RUSSIA HAS TAKEN PLACE

YEREVAN, February 21. /Mediamax/. The presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan – Vladimir Putin and Heydar Aliyev had a telephone talk yesterday.
President Putin had another phone talk with Robert Kocharian on Feb. 19, during which they discussed problems of Karabakh dispute settlement. The same day the president of Russia discussed this issue with French President Jacques Chirac in a telephone talk.
