TRIAL OF “OCTOBER 27” CASE TO BEGIN TOMORROW IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, February 14. /Mediamax/. The trial of the “October 27” case will begin tomorrow at noon in the building of the Cassation court of Armenia. According to the data Mediamax received in the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia, the materials of the case are gathered in 43 volumes, one and a half of which relate to the bill of indictment.
Deputy Military prosecutor, state counselor of Justice of third class, Armen Harutiunian will head the group of three state prosecutors. 15 lawyers, defending the interests of the accused and victims, will also participate in the trial.
At the same time, the journalists are provided with 44 seats in the courtroom. As the press secretary of the Council of heads of courts of Armenia, Gnuni Balayan said, more than 60 representatives of local and foreign mass media have made applications for the elucidation of the process. -0-
