YEREVAN, February 13. /Mediamax/. The signing of memorandum about cooperation and mutual understanding between the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Government of Armenia took place today in the building of the Armenian Government, Mediamax was informed in the press service of the government.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, in the person of UN Yerevan Office representative Thomas Berate, and the Government of Armenia, in the person of the Minister of Territorial Management Hovik Abrahamian, who have signed this memorandum, agreed to reaffirm the conditions for cooperation.
The memorandum once again consolidates the willingness of UNHCR to cooperate with the Armenian government, social organizations and local-government bodies to support the legal and social security of refugees, the process of their integration into the society. The memorandum includes the volume of works and consolidates the conditions of cooperation. -0-
