TRIAL OF THE TERRORIST ACT AGAINST NKR PRESIDENT TO BE RESUMED TODAY

YEREVAN, February 13. /Mediamax/. After a two-week break, the legal proceedings of the case of the terrorist act against NKR president are to be resumed today in Stepanakert. As the correspondent of Mediamax was informed in the Supreme Court of the republic, everything is ready to begin the court hearings.
The pause in the process aroused due to the necessity to give the lawyers and the victims a possibility to get ready for speeches at the trial. During the last session prosecutor’s speech for the prosecution was read out, in which he demanded to sentence the main accused of the case, NKR ex defense minister Samvel Babayan, to 15 years of imprisonment. -0-
