YEREVAN, February 12. /Mediamax/. On February 10, on the invitation of Dashnaktsutiun Bureau, the representatives of the Armenian communities of Europe and Near East as well as citizens of Armenia took part in the charity meeting in Geneva, dedicated to the collection of means for establishing Central European office of “Hay Dat” organization. Mediamax was informed in the press service of ARF “Dashnaktsutiun”.
During the dinner, which was held in “Richmond” hotel, more than 1 million dollars were gathered instead of the assumed 500 thousand.
With his activity the Central office will promote the drawing of investments into Armenia, support the negotiation process on Karabakh peace settlement, as well as promote the recognition of the 1915 Genocide of Armenians in European countries. -0-
