NKR PRIME MINISTER HELD TALKS WITH THE FRENCH BUSINESSMEN IN PARIS

05.02.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Press service of the Foreign Ministry of NKR informed today that the delegation of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, headed by PM Anushavan Danielian, left for Paris on January 2.
Within the framework of his 7-day visit, which is of “purely economic character”, Anushavan Danielian met in Paris with 35 French businessmen, among which were also those of Armenian origin, Mediamax was informed in the press service of NKR Foreign Ministry.
Prime Minister of NKR presented the economic situation in the country, tax system and the reforms in this sphere, as well as conditions created by the government to draw investments. Businessmen expressed their interest in making investments in the economy of Karabakh. The sides agreed to establish regular contacts between the businessmen and NKR representation in France.
The counselor of NKR President Zhanna Galustian and NKR Finance Minister Spartak Tadevosian are also included in the delegation. –0–
