Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited an Azerbaijani prisoner of war Roman Husseinov, kept in hostage in Armenia.
ICRC representatives familiarized themselves with living conditions of the hostage, also passing over a letter from his family.
In May 2011, members of ICRC Baku representation visited 3 Armenian servicemen and a family of 5 civilians held hostage in Azerbaijan.
