19.12.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. “The Armed Forces of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic continue perfecting themselves and are ready to strike a worthy return blow to the enemy when necessary”, said NKR President Arkady Ghukasian summing up the results of the academic year in NKR Defense Army.
NKR president also noted that despite the unfavorable domestic political atmosphere in the republic, the army has remained aside from political intrigues. Ghukasian also said that a significant rise of discipline in the Karabakhi army has been fixed. -0-
