PABSEC BUDGET EXPENDITURE FOR 2001 EXCEEDS THE PRESENT BUDGET

30.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. At the 16th plenary session of the General Assembly of PABSEC, which ended today in Yerevan, the budget of this inter-parliamentary organization for 2001 was approved.
As Deputy Secretary General of PABSEC for financial issues Alexei Kudriavtsev told Mediamax, in accord to this document the expenditure will make US$1.008 million, which is 66 thousand dollars more than the index of the present budget. The increase of expenses was caused by the necessity to renew the auto-park of PABSEC, formed at the establishment of the organization in 1993.
We will remind you that the income of PABSEC comes from annual payments of the member-states. -0-
