FOREIGN MINISTER OF ARMENIA SAYS V. GULIYEV SPOKE UNPRECEDENTEDLY ROUGH IN VIENNA

Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian, summing up the results of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council meeting, held on November 27-28 in Vienna, said in the interview to Mediamax that the foreign minister of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliyev spoke unprecedentedly rough at the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council meeting in Vienna on November 27.
Minister Oskanian thinks that Guliyev tried thus to counterbalance the discontentment of Azerbaijan’s opposition and people, caused by the results of the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. -0-
