ARMENIAN CATHOLICOS LEFT FOR MOSCOW TO TAKE PART IN MEETING WITH SPIRITUAL LEADER OF AZERBAIJAN

23.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin the II has left for Moscow to meet with the spiritual leader of Azerbaijan Sheikh Allakhshukur Pasha-zade. The meeting is mediated by the Russian Patriarch Alexy the Second and will take place on November 24 in the St. Danilov Monastery
Mediamax was informed from the press office of Holy Echmiadzin that the spiritual leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan will discuss their possible contributions to the process of peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict. –0–
