18.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Today, the delegation of the Foreign Ministry of Karabakh led by the Minister Naira Melkoumian has left Stepanakert for the capital of unrecognized Pridnestroviye Moldavian Republic Tiraspol to take part in the conference of foreign ministers of Karabakh, Pridnestroviye, Abkhazia and South Osia.
Mediamax was informed from Karabakh’s Foreign Ministry that a number of issues on mutual interests will be discussed at November 20-22 conference. An exchange of viewpoints regarding the current stage of negotiations as well as discussion of problems concerning the possible activation of bilateral cooperation will also be included into the agenda of the meeting.
The permanent representative of Karabakh to Armenia Karen Mirzoyan and Advisor to the Foreign Ministry Arsen Melik-Shahnazarov are among the members of the delegation. –0–
