18.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The special quick reacting subdivision of RNK Emergency Situations Department (ESD) was accepted to the International rescue service confederation (the center is in Moscow).
As the chief of the ESD of RNK Aslan Grigorian informed Mediamax, professionalism is the main criterion for acceptance to this organization, and with the consideration of the high preparation level, considerable working experience in the disaster zone of Armenia and war actions in Nagorno Karabakh the quick reacting subdivision was accepted in the International rescue service confederation.
Karabakh rescuers keep in touch with their colleagues from Armenia, organizing regular joint trainings and sharing their professional experience. At present the subdivision has 24 rescuers, one of them being of international class.
Grigorian said that the subdivision is ready to participate in eliminating consequences of emergency situations in various regions of the world.-0-
