YEREVAN BRANDY COMPANY WILL GET EBRD LOAN

23.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Pernod Ricard’s Armenian unit, the Yerevan Brandy Company, will be granted a 23 mln eur loan by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
AFX was informed from Pernod Ricard’s head office that the loan will be used to increase production and improve quality.
Yerevan’s Brandy Company was purchased by Pernod Ricard in 1998 for $30 mln. –0–
