EUROPEAN HERITAGE DAYS WILL BE HELD IN YEREVAN

07.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Today, the official opening ceremony of the European Heritage Days will be held in the State Art Gallery of Armenia under the aegis of the Council of Europe.
MEDIMAX was informed from the press office of the Armenian Foreign Ministry that all member-states of the Culture Convention of the Council of Europe take part in the European Heritage Days. As to Armenia it has joined the convention in 1999.
Arrangements which are to take place in Yerevan October 7-10 will be dedicated to the history of the Armenian kingdom of Cilicia (10-13 century). –0–
