On September 15, the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan sighed decrees to award medals of gratitude to a benefactor Aram Izmailyan for large-scale charity activities and the restorer of Shushi-based Cathedral of the Redeemer Volodya Babayan.
The awards were timed to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Artsakh independence.
