“ARMENIA-DIASPORA” SECOND FORUM WILL BE HELD IN YEREVAN IN SEPTEMBER 2001

04.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The second “Armenia-Diaspora” forum will be held in Yerevan in September 2001, said today the Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian at a press conference in Yerevan.
The Minister said that the first forum, which took place in September 1999, was of “introductory” character. In 2001 the forum will be more fundamental, and real programs for the participation of the Armenian Diaspora in the economic life of Armenia will be discussed. Corresponding Armenian structures already make preliminaries for the forum, the minister noted. -0-
