NO VIOLATIONS OF CEASE-FIRE REGIME WERE OBSERVED DURING THE REGULAR OSCE MONITORING IN KARABAKH

23.09.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The regular monitoring of the contact line of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, held on September 22 by the OSCE mission in the southeast of Hadrut region of RNK, has passed without any incidents.
On the part of Karabakh the monitoring was held by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Anjey Kaspzyk, his field assistants Stephan Buchmeier (Austria) and Vladimir Tolkach (Ukraine), OSCE High Planning group Representative Lieutenant-Colonel Sergey Kobenkov (RF).
On the part of Azerbaijan field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Shandor Yuhas (Hungary) and Ian Keller (Germany) held the monitoring.
The monitoring was realized in accordance with the schedule, no violations of the cease-fire regime were observed.
Two meetings of Ambassador Anjey Kaspzyk with RNK President Arkady Ghukasian and RNK foreign minister Naira Melkumian were held on the results of the monitoring. -0-
