TURKISH AND GERMAN MILITARIES INSPECT RUSSIAN BATTLE TECHNICS IN ARMENIA

05.09.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. A group of foreign military inspectors, 7 Turkish and 2 German, began today the inspection of the 128 motor-shooting regiment of the 102nd Russian military base stationed in Gyumri.
As the correspondent of Military News Agency was informed in the headquarters of the Russian military base, in accordance with the Agreement of armed forces restriction in Europe, the foreign investors will inspect the number of the Russian battle tanks and armored machines in Armenia to see if it corresponds to the one specified by the Russian Federation in the Agreement. The check-over will last till September 7. -0-
