02.09.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Festivities dedicated to the 9th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh are being held in RNK today.
In that connection, RNK president Arkadi Ghukasian addressed the nation, stating that on September 2, 1991 the people of Karabakh “made a historic choice declaring new Armenian statehood on their land”.
“We want RNK to be perspective for foreign investors, the businessmen from the Armenian Diaspora in particular. From a zone of high risk our market must turn into a stable and profitable economic field”, said President Ghukasian. -0-
