“Within the first term of my presidency I will “return” Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijan,” – one of potential candidates for the Azeri president, leader of “Musavat” party Isa Ghambar stated. As reported by “Arminfo” agency referring to “Zerkalo” Baku newspaper, Ghambar noted a state having a powerful army, clear diplomacy and strong economy could decide the issue of “seized land” without difficulty. “After Azerbaijan progresses in all these directions, Armenia will choose the adequate line itself,” – he said.
