The concrete date of the beginning of the trial of the accused on the fact of March 22 terrorist act against the president of RNK will be fixed in the beginning of September, declared the General Prosecutor of RNK Mavr Ghukasian, reports the correspondent of MEDIAMAX from Stepanakert quoting the National TV of RNK.
Ghukasian informed that the trial will be open, but the access to the courtroom will be restricted for technical reasons. Nevertheless, the people will be regularly informed about the course of the trial, said the General Prosecutor.
M.Ghukasian certified bad health condition of Sasun Aghajanian, one of the direct executors of the terrorist act. According to the General Prosecutor, even before his arrest Aghajanian had been contused and had lungs ailment, and the worsening of his health is apparently caused by its exacerbation. Ghukasian said that Aghajanian is transferred to the military hospital, doctors from Yerevan have been called to Stepanakert who will decide after examination whether it is expedient for Aghajanian to undergo medical treatment in Yerevan.
The General Prosecutor refuted the statements that violence and drugs injections have been used toward Aghajanian to acquire evidence. -0-
