THE CHIEF MILITARY INSPECTOR OF ARMENIA HIGHLY ASSESSES THE FIGHTING CAPACITY OF RNK DEFENSE ARMY

22.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The chief military inspector of Armenia, Colonel-General Gurgen Dalibaltayan highly assessed the fighting capacity of the Defense Army of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh at the meeting with the president of RNK Arkady Ghukasian in Stepanakert.
As was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press office of the president of RNK, Colonel-General Dalibaltayan also declared that the Karabakh army has great achievements in the sphere of permanent improvement of the fighting capacity of the personnel. RNK defense minister, Lieutenant-General Seyran Ohanian was also present at the meeting.-0-
