3 TONS OF HEMP AND POPPY DISCOVERED AND ELIMINATED IN THE THIRD TOWN OF ARMENIA

18.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The law-protecting bodies discovered and eliminated 3 tons of hemp and poppy in Vanadzor, the third in size town of Armenia.
Both policemen and military took part in the operation, reports “Interkap” TV company.
Such measures were realized within the framework of the annual “Hemp-Poppy” operation, carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia. -0-
