RNK ADHERES TO THE COURSE OF ESTABLISHING A DEMOCRATIC STATE, DECLARED THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE COUNTRY

17.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. “There are all the necessary state institutions in RNK, and I think the concept of an “unrecognized state” is to disappear some time”, declared the prime minister of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh Anushavan Danielian at the meeting with the lecturers of London King’s college, professors of military department Dove Lynch and Eric Bodeleyer, who are in RNK with a special mission, was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the government of RNK.
The guests told Mr. Danielian that they are interested in the main problems of unrecognized states, striving for independence. In this context they are going to get acquainted with the internal political situation in RNK, social-economic condition, cultural life of the republic, to carry out sociological investigation and to present their observations to the society by a separate publication.
Welcoming the mission of Lynch and Bodeleyer, the prime minister of RNK assured that the authorities of the republic are ready to render them the necessary assistance and support. He was confident that the book, which is to be published, will be in great demand among the readers and will give the society an opportunity to get acquainted with the Karabakh issue, economic, national and historical-cultural peculiarities of the region, legal demands of the population of RNK.
“We have already overcome the post-war syndrome, typical for many countries, which have freed themselves from slavery “, stressed Anushavan Danielian during the meeting.
The guests also particularly mentioned that unlike the leaders of other unrecognized countries, the prime minister of RNK didn’t display aggressive and hostile attitude towards Azerbaijan, which is a sign of good will of RNK authorities. -0-
