ARMENIA MUST FINALLY SPECIFY THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE FRONTIER TROOPS, THINKS THE COMMANDER OF THE FRONTIER TROOPS OF ARMENIA

28.07.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. “A state policy should be worked out to protect the whole state border of Armenia”, declared today the Commander of the Frontier Troops of the National Security of Armenia Major-General Levon Stepanian in the interview to the parliamentary “Hayastani Hanrapetutyun” paper.
According to Mr. Stepanian, it is necessary to make clear the concept of development of the frontier troops and to set up a common program both for the frontier guards and motor-shooting army. -0-
