According to the information of Anatolia news agency, Turkish State minister Abdulhaluk Cay spoke on July 22 with such declaration.
Cay also declared that it is wrong to link the “democracy movements” in Chechnya and Eastern Turkmenistan with fundamentalism. “The democracy movements in Chechnya and Eastern Turkmenistan should be definitely separated from activities of Taleban or Usamah Bin Ladin.
