THE FORMATION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF RNK PARLIAMENT IS OVER

11.07.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The process of formation of the governing body of the parliament of RNK, elected on June 18, is over.
The vice-speaker of the parliament of RNK is elected Mushegh Ohanjanian from DAU faction. On July 5 Oleg Yesayan was elected the speaker of the Karabakh parliament.
Also the elections of the chairmen of the 6 permanent committees of the parliament took place, which, according to the agreement between the factions, were held on non-alternative basis.
Four candidates out of 6 represented DAU faction, the rest were from “Dashnaktsutyun”. As a result of the elections the chairmen of the permanent committees were elected:
for foreign relations – Vahram Atanesian (DAU)
for production and industrial infrastructure questions- Kamo Barseghian (“Dashnaktsutyun”)
for defense, security, legality and law – Arthur Mosian (“Dashnaktsutyun”)
for state-legal questions – Yuri Hayrapetian (DAU)
for social sphere questions – Edward Aghabekian (DAU)
for finance-budget questions and economic structures – Major Danielian (DAU) .-0-
