The constituent assembly of Armenian-Russian club Historical Parallels NGO took place in Yerevan on December 8, 2011.
The club aims to gather people with common views and interests for a thorough analysis of the Armenian-Russian relations. The main objectives will be examination and restoration of historical events and assistance in reconstruction of historical and cultural monuments.
