Armenian National Security Council Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan will depart for Moscow on a two-day visit on December 19 to attend a meeting of the heads of National Security Councils of CSTO member states.
Baghdasaryan is also scheduled to hold a separate meeting with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Partushev.
