Samsung Galaxy S III not coming this month

The next evolution in Samsung's Galaxy brand will be unveiled within the next four months, but it won't happen this month, TG Daily reports.

That's the takeaway from a recent Samsung comment confirming that Galaxy S III will not be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress this month, the stage where many of the upcoming year's smartphones are announced.

"The successor to the Galaxy SII smartphone will be unveiled at a separate Samsung-hosted event in the first half of the year, closer to commercial availability of the product," Samsung said.

Samsung Galaxy S III will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) and two additional cores.
