According to a report on tmz.com, no illegal drugs were found in the hotel room where pop star Whitney Houston died.
Although the cause of the death will be announced after an autopsy, there is a version that Houston may have drowned in the bathtub. The report says that police officers who searched the room found different pill bottles but there was no evidence that the singer was drinking alcohol.
The pop legend was found dead at a Beverly Hills, California, hotel. Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said there were "no obvious signs of criminal intent" and that the cause of her death is being investigated.
Houston, who staged a comeback in 2009, after a tumultuous divorce from singer Bobby Brown, released seven albums and three film soundtracks; a winner of six Grammys, Houston sold over 200 million albums and singles worldwide. She earned 30 Billboard Awards, 22 American Music Awards and 2 Emmy Awards.
