Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc member, ex-prime minister Hrant Bagratyan said that ANC electoral list can’t be compiled without first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrossian.
Dwelling on his parliamentary activity, Mr. Bagratyan voiced confidence for his presence in RA National Assembly to result in certain pressure by authorities. Regarding Armenian President’s speech during the 13th congress of ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), he noted that Serzh Sargsyan should consider his ability to seek second presidential term, as he voiced no specific program of activity in his speech.
