168 Hours paper claims that the authorities are registering a large number of provincial people in all administrative districts of Yerevan, aiming to provide relevant number of votes at the upcoming parliamentary elections.
According to rumors, the authorities thus try to avoid throwing in the ballot papers, in order to have smooth and “legitimate” elections.
