Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan came back to Yerevan March 20 night after his working visit to Moscow. He had neither official nor non-official meeting with Russian president-elect Vladimir Putin, Zhoghovurd paper says.
Sargsyan participated in the reception hosted by Russia's president Dmitry Medvedev and president-elect Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC or EurAsEC) meeting.
It should be noted that Putin held meetings on March 20 with presidents of Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan, but never met Armenian President.
Instead, Putin had a tete-a-tete conversation with Armenia's former president Robert Kocharian on March 15 for several hours, the subject of it being confidential, the paper says.
