VivaCell-MTS has introduced Validity Extension service specially designed for elderly subscribers.
The validity period of the card expires before the account balance is consumed and as a result the account is zeroed. Now this problem is solved for elderly people, the company said in a press release.
Subscribers aged 70 and over can extend the prepaid card validity period free of charge any time and keep the account balance. By simply dialing *456# the subscriber will have 100 days of validity period.
When the added days come to the end, subscribers can use the service again bringing the validity period to 100 days.
