“Any document, especially preliminarily signed Armenian-Turkish Protocols, is liable to change,” Head of ARFD faction Vahan Hovhannisyan told today a press conference in Yerevan.
Even if preliminary documents were signed, that wouldn’t mean there are no mechanisms for changing them, the speaker finds. “If it is impossible to make amendments, why then discuss documents in Parliament,” he said.
Such processes, according to Hovhannisyan, require support by large public circles. “ARF Dashnaktsutyun will soon apply its proposals to Protocols, specifying the clauses that need amendments,” he added.
