“I strongly believe that people should be entitled to staging revolution, and such right should be enshrined in the country’s Constitution,” Artavazd Vardanyan, one of outstanding representatives of National-Democratic Union (NDU), told today a news conference in Yerevan.
According to him, people should exercise that right in three cases: when national identity is degraded, when president makes territorial decisions unacceptable to people and when people’s electoral right is violated.
Revolution, he said, can be staged any time when the situation has ripened and people are ready for that.
